How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 7–20 days. Our little guys travel a long way to get to you, so they take their time — but you'll get tracking as soon as your parcel is on the move. Ordering for a birthday or Christmas? Give yourself a few weeks' runway.
Where do you ship?

Will everything arrive together?
Not always. If you order a few things, they may arrive in separate parcels over a few days — nothing's missing, the rest is just running slightly behind. Each parcel has its own tracking.
What are they made of?
Squishies are soft PU foam or TPR — the stretchy, springy stuff that gives that satisfying slow rise. Simulation Food display pieces are moulded PVC or PU. Everything is non-toxic, and none of it is edible.
Are these safe for kids?
Our squishies are made for ages 14+, and Simulation Food display pieces are not toys at all. Both look convincingly like real food and contain small parts, so please keep them away from young children and pets. Squishing is strictly a supervised sport under 14.
Wait — is Simulation Food squishy?
Nope! Simulation Food is for looking at, not squeezing. They're realistic display models for shelves, styling and photos. If you want something to squeeze, everything outside that collection is fair game.
Will mine look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but each one is a little bit its own thing. Small differences in color, size (usually 1–2cm) and finish are normal — that's handmade-ish charm, not a flaw. Screens also lie slightly about color.
How do I look after my squishy?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Wipe gently with a damp cloth — no washing machines, no dishwashers. Slow-rise squishies naturally develop tiny surface lines over time; totally normal and doesn't affect the squish. Some come in a bag — keep the stretchy ones in theirs between squishes and they'll stay perfect.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes — within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. You will only have to cover the postage. Just email us and we'll walk you through it.
